Service Description

A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where the client lays down and listens to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' the client in sound waves. Chakra balancing is another healing modality that brings your mind body and soul into alignment and clears any blockages. We pick up other peoples energy throughout the day and clearing our chakras helps promote a sense of health and wellbeing. I use colour in my chakra healing sessions to enhance the vibrations in each chakra.
